Aweber has many features for the common email marketer, online entrepreneur, home based business owner, etc. It's also great for offline business owners as well. Let's touch on some of the features I use that I know can help you and your business.

One of my favorite features within Aweber is the ability to track your email marketing campaigns. There are a number of reasons you could have for sending out emails and depending on the response you get will determine the success of that campaign. Tracking the specifics of your campaign also allows you to see where you need to improve when it comes to writing emails that people actually respond to. Once you understand what your subscribers want, you can deliver it to them and they will have more appreciation for being on your list. Aweber actually has a host of ways you can analyze what is going on with your email marketing through their email analytics feature.
Email Spam Filter Feature
Another feature I love about Aweber is its incredible spam filter. There are many email service providers like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc... that have spam filters in place. Therefore, as certain emails come in, they get sent straight to your junk/spam folder. The reason for that is because your email service providers have systems in place that screen your email for certain words and all sorts of paramaters that will categorize it as junk or regular mail.
Aweber's spam filter will actually screen your email before you send it out and tell you the likelihood of it being classified as spam. They use a scale and identify what words or parameters you need to change in order to lower the chances of your email getting sent to someone's junk folder. This is huge and can increase your response rate when you have the ability to reach more of your subscribers.
While there are many things I love about Aweber, let's get into their services side.
First off, their technical support staff is very responsive. I can't tell you how many times I've run into technical problems or had questions that I needed answers to and they were able to assist me in an expedient manner. By technical problems I mean that I had certain things that I would try to implement on one of my websites, but wasnt' sure how to go about it. Their support team was there to help me in a matter of minutes and sent me on my way.
Personally I've been with Aweber for about 3 years and they have always given me the support I needed along with providing features that are essential to any online markter's business.
